June 2023 – Location, Location, Location…
First step: find a plot large enough, well-oriented, in a quality and secure development, and close to the Medina. After several visits, our choice was clear. We would be next to Golf Amelkys, barely 4km from the Koutoubia and Jemaa El-Fna square!
March 2024 – Building Permit Obtained
Passionate about travel, architecture, and decoration, constantly seeking well-being and positive energy, we first wanted to build our dream family home that reflects who we are, to spend vacations in an incredible region. Over time, through reflection and encounters, we wanted to go further and give meaning to our project. This is how we designed a hybrid space between an exceptional villa, ecolodge, solidarity shop, art gallery, relaxation and wellness areas, workshops and even a restaurant, always with one guiding principle: to offer our guests and friends an exceptional, timeless experience, respecting the environment and local communities. La Villa 58 was born.
The project was submitted and the building permit granted — construction could begin.

Construction continues at a good pace… delivery expected early September. Furnishing and decoration to follow for the first bookings late 2025, early 2026! See you soon…
